On the first (top) floor:

1 superking double bedroom with ensuite shower room and balcony.

Large open plan living/dining and fully equipped kitchen area on the first floor with al fresco covered terraces, enjoying fabulous 180° views.

On the upper ground floor:

Entrance hall, one twin bedroom that can be made up as a superking double and one twin bedroom, each with balcony, with shared bathroom. A comfortable double sofa bed can be used in the entrance hall for additional sleeping arrangements.

On the lower ground floor:

Self-contained guest apartment with direct access to the stone courtyard, barbecue, garden and pool area.

1 bedroom with one double and one twin bed, and ensuite bathroom.

Open plan kitchenette/living space where a comfortable double sofa bed can be made up for additional sleeping arrangements as required.

Stair free for people with reduced mobility.

Only available for rental with the Main Villa.

    The couples’ choice on the upper ground floor, this twin room can be made up as a superking double and has its own terrace and access to the pool. The bathroom is shared with the Sunshine Room.

    The Sunshine Room

    On the upper ground floor, this sunny room has twin beds that can be made up as a double and enjoys its own balcony with views over Mount Ainos. It shares a large bathroom with the Pool Suite.

    The Garden Room

    This triple room with ensuite bathroom on the lower ground floor has one double and one twin bed. It is the popular choice for guests with mobility issues, a couple with small child or for a group of teenagers.
