Standard Booking Terms
Payment terms:
30% deposit to secure a booking
Balance due 8 weeks prior to stay
Payment by bank transfer or by credit card through Stripe (additional charge to cover payment platform costs is at the guests expense).
Check in after 4pm and check out before 10am
Rates include local villa tax, welcome pack, housekeeping once per week and all bedlinens, bath towels and pool towels.
Cancellation Policy:
8 weeks prior to arrival you will be refunded all money paid
8 weeks - 30 days prior to arrival you will receive all money paid minus the 30% deposit
30 days prior to check in there will be no refund of any money received.
