We want booking your stay at Villa Eleftheria to be straightforward and transparent. Below is a summary of our key booking terms.

Weekly Rates

Weekly stays start from €1,800 in low season (based on up to six guests).

Rental rates vary depending on the season, the number of guests and the length of stay.

Please contact us for a personalised quotation based on your preferred travel dates.

 

How to Book

Booking Villa Eleftheria is simple:

  1. Send us an enquiry using our online form.

  2. We will confirm availability and provide a personalised quotation.

  3. Once you decide to proceed, we will send you a Booking Form together with our full Rental Terms & Conditions.

  4. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

 

Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance and security deposit are payable before your arrival, as set out in your Booking Confirmation.

 

Exclusive Use of the Villa

Villa Eleftheria is always rented to one party at a time.

You will enjoy exclusive use of:

  • the Main Villa

  • the private infinity pool

  • terraces and gardens

  • the olive grove

  • the self-contained Garden Suite

There are no shared facilities with other guests.

 

The Garden Suite

The Garden Suite forms part of the exclusive rental of Villa Eleftheria.

It has its own private entrance and is not internally connected to the Main Villa.

This layout is particularly popular with grandparents, older children, couples and friends who appreciate a little additional privacy while remaining only a few steps from the pool and Main Villa.

 

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy is nine guests, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Only registered guests named on the booking confirmation may stay overnight at the property.

 

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 4:00 pm.

Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Whenever possible, we are happy to be flexible around flight times.

 

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is payable before arrival.

Provided the property is left in good condition, the deposit will be returned promptly following departure.

 

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is explained in full within our Rental Terms & Conditions.

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and travel disruption.
